On 29 July 2025, the International Studies Center (ISC), as GCMS Thailand Center, attended the 13^th GCMS Coordinators’ Meeting online. At the meeting, representatives from six GCMS Centers discussed the joint research paper, presented by Dr. Du Lan, Deputy Director and Associate Research Fellow, Department for Asia-Pacific Security and Cooperation, China Institute of International Studies (CIIS). The paper is prepared jointly by the six centers and will be submitted to the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) Leaders’ Meeting for their consideration later this year. They also discussed the timeframe and venue for the 8^th GCMS Think Tank Forum.
