On 20 September 2024, Faculty of Political Science, Ubon Ratchathani University, in collaboration with International Studies Center (ISC) and Thammasat Institute of Area Studies (TIARA) jointly organised a seminar on “Ubon Ratchathani Province and the Mekong Subregion in Thai Foreign Affairs”, on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of the foundation of the faculty.

On 20 November 2024, the International Studies Center (ISC) organised an event to launch the book “Global Thailand: in conversation with Narongchai Akrasanee” at Surasak Ballroom 1, Eastin Grand Sathorn Hotel.

China Institute of International Studies (CIIS) and International Studies Center (ISC), in the capacity of co-chairs for GCMS, jointly organised the 12th GCMS Coordinators’ Meeting at the Institute of International Relations, Yunnan University, on 25 October 2024.

International Studies Center (ISC), in the capacity of the Global Center for Mekong Studies (GCMS) Thailand Center and co-chair for GCMS, was invited to attend the 7th GCMS Think Tank Forum, jointly organised by China Institute of International Studies (CIIS) and Yunnan University, in conjunction with the 15th Southwest (Xi Nan) Forum, on 24-25 October 2024.

On 24 September 2024, the International Studies Center (ISC) organised a launching event for the book “Thailand and ASEAN 1967-1979” and a seminar on “Thailand and ASEAN 2025-2045”.
