On 5 September 2023, the International Studies Center organised the ISC Special Lecture on “International Law and Emerging Technologies”, by Professor Emeritus Vitit Muntarbhorn, Faculty of Law Chulalongkorn University; UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights, at Narathip Auditorium, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The lecture covered emerging technologies, including AI and robotics, green technology, algorithm, datafication, from international law perspectives. 100 participants, including ambassadors and representatives from diplomatic missions, government officials, scholars, university students, and the civil society, attended the event.
