The ISC had the opportunity to welcome 12 scholars from the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation, led by Mr. Frank Jannuzi, President and CEO, on 25 August 2022. This visit is a part of Mansfield-Luce Asia Scholars Network, aiming to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation with Southeast Asia. On the Thai side, the representatives from Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs, Department of East Asian Affairs, Department of American and South Pacific Affairs, and ISC participated in the meeting. They exchanged views on global and regional issues, including climate change, energy security, health and great powers strategic competition.
