The Director of ISC held an online meeting with Dr. Rong Ying, Vice President and Senior Research Fellow, China Institute of International Studies (CIIS) on 13 December 2022. They discussed possible activities and deliverables, in preparation for Thailand’s co-chairmanship of GCMS in 2023.
