On 19 December 2025, the International Studies Center held an online introductory meeting with Mr. Ilya Kravchenko, Head of the Center for External Relations and Protocol and the experts of the Center for China and East Asia, Russian Institute for Strategic Studies.

          The Director introduced ISC’s mandates and activities. They also dissussed possible collaborations, such as online discussions on issues of mutual interests.
