This roundtable is organised as the first activity between International Studies Center (ISC) and the ASEAN Centre, MGIMO University, after the two institutes made contact in late 2021. The session illustrates of a frank exchanging of views in a closed environment. The excellent position by each panelists show that they have taken much time to develop rich intellectual analyses that will benefit both sides, and for which we must owe appreciation.
