On 25 March 2024, the International Studies Center (ISC) held a special talk on “Global Geopolitical Developments: Implications for ASEAN” by Ambassador Bilahari Kausikan, Chairperson of the Middle East Institute at National University of Singapore and former Permanent Secretary of Foreign Affairs, at Narathip Auditorium, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At the event, Ambassador Kausikan shared his views on the risk of conflicts in Asia, ongoing strategic competition and prospects for ASEAN. Approximately 150 participants from diplomatic missions, the private sector, the civil society and the media attended the event.
