On 30 March 2023, H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Secretary-General of ASEAN, gave a special talk under the topic “Why ASEAN Matters: Navigating our Shared Future” during 14.00-15.00 hrs. at Vithes Samosorn, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He underlined the importance of ASEAN Centrality, the relevance of ASEAN in the current global context, relationships between ASEAN and its partners, ASEAN Community Vision 2025 and beyond. The event was well attended by representatives of diplomatic missions, government officials, scholars, and the media.
