On 14 January 2026, the International Studies Center (ISC) organised the 2^nd meeting of its “Brown Bag Series” on the topic of “Public Diplomacy through Seksan’s Eyes”. At the event, Mr. Seksan Anantasirikiat, ISC Senior Researcher, introduced his study paper on “Japan's and South Korea’s Public Diplomacy Strategies: Lessons Learned and Recommendations for Thailand”. He also shared his views on ways to develop public diplomacy programmes to serve foreign policy goals and to engage with strategic stakeholders at home and abroad.
