On 18 May 2021, Mr. Stepan Golovin, Senior Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of the Russian Federation to Thailand, held an online meeting with Dr. Anuson Chinvanno, Director of International Studies Center (ISC) to discuss possible collaborations between Russian think tanks on international affairs and security with the ISC.
