On 8 February 2021, Mr. Christoph Sutter, Head of Regional Delegation, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), together with Mr. Paht Tanattanawin, Humanitarian Affairs and Diplomatic Advisor, met with Dr. Anuson Chinvanno, Director of International Studies Center (ISC) to exchange views and discuss possible academic collaborations on sustainable development, climate change, and developmental issues in the Mekong region.
