On 2 November 2023, the International Studies Center (ISC) in the capacity of the Global Center for Mekong Studies (GCMS) Thailand Center and GCMS China Center co-organised the 10^th GCMS Coordinators’ Meeting, which was attended by representatives from GCMS Centers of Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, and Vietnam. They discussed the preparation of the joint research paper and the organisation of GCMS Think Tank Forum in December 2023. The meeting was the first in-person GCMS meeting after the COVID-19 pandemic.
