On 20 May 2026, the Director received a visit by Ambassador Humaid Almaani, Dir ral of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman. Mr. Chuchart Chirojkul, Director of the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), also attended the meeting. Both sides exchanged views on the regional situation and international geopolitical trends and discussed the possible steps to enhance cooperation between the two institutions through such activities as academic workshops to exchange views and discuss international issues of mutual interests.
