On 27 May 2026, the Director received a visit by H.E. Ms. Dana Purcarescu, Ambassador of France for the Indo-Pacific and diplomats from the French Embassy in Bangkok. They exchanged views on the Indo-Pacific, the practice of diplomacy in a changing world, the role of middle powers and domestic implications of international affairs.
