On 18 September 2023, Director of ISC had the opportunity to welcome Dr. Hu Jiping, Vice President, Dr. Luo Yongkun, Deputy Director, Department of Southeast Asian and Oceanian Studies, Dr. Dong Chunling, Associate Research Fellow, and Mr. Liu Jinwei, Assistant Research Professor, China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR), who were on their research visit to Thailand hosted by Strategic Studies Center, National Defence Studies Institute. They exchanged views on Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and regional developments in Asia.
