Dr. Anuson Chinvanno, Director of ISC, had the opportunity to welcome H.E. Mr. Darkey Ephraim Africa, Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa to Thailand on 19 March 2024. The Director was briefed on the establishment of the Nelson Mandela Center at Chulalongkorn University. The opening ceremony will be on 21 March. They also discussed possible academic collaborations to raise awareness of South Africa and the African region among the public.
