On 22 September 2026, Dr. Anuson Chinvanno, Director of the International Studies Center (ISC), welcomed Mr. Julio S. Amador III, Executive Director of the Philippine-American Educational Foundation and Interim President of the Foundation for the National Interest, and Founder and Trustee of the non-profit FACTS Asia, to the ISC. On this occasion, they exchanged views on regional developments and issues of mutual interest, including academic and policy dialogue in the region, as well as opportunities to initiate cooperation between the ISC and the academic and policy communities in the Philippines.
