International Studies Center (ISC), in the capacity of the Global Center for Mekong Studies (GCMS) Thailand Center and co-chair for GCMS, was invited to attend the 7th GCMS Think Tank Forum, jointly organised by China Institute of International Studies (CIIS) and Yunnan University, in conjunction with the 15th Southwest (Xi Nan) Forum, on 24-25 October 2024.

On 5 February 2025, the International Studies Center (ISC) in collaboration with Dr. Thanat Khoman ASEAN Studies Center, Prince Songkhla University (PSU) organised a seminar on “Foreign Affairs through the People’s Lens” at EILA6 Room, 8th Floor, Learning Resources Center Building 1, Prince Songkhla University (Hat Yai Campus).

The International Studies Center (ISC) had the opportunity to welcome Lecturer Chutidech Metheechutikul, Vice Dean of Student Affairs, Rangsit University and approximately 50 students majoring in political science and international relations on 20 January 2025.

On 20 November 2024, the International Studies Center (ISC) organised an event to launch the book “Global Thailand: in conversation with Narongchai Akrasanee” at Surasak Ballroom 1, Eastin Grand Sathorn Hotel.

On 18 November 2024, Dr. Anuson Chinvanno, Director of ISC, had the opportunity to welcome Associate Professor Dr. Punchada Sirivunnabood, Dean and Dr. Guo Haihu, Lecturer, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mahidol University.
