On 26 February 2026, the International Studies Center in collaboration with Department of European Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organised a special lecture on “Portugal’s Global Perspective and the Defense of Multilateralism” by H.E. Dr. Paulo Rangel, Minister of State and Foreign Affairs of the Portuguese Republic. Dr. Rangel underlined the importance of multilateralism, rules-based international order and the role of middle powers in shaping a conducive environment for foreign affairs.
